No. Documents stay inside your Jurisyn instance. Jurisyn retrieves the passages relevant to a question and sends only those passages to the reasoning model, under a zero-retention agreement, and the model provider does not keep them or train on them. You can also run Jurisyn against a model hosted in your own cloud tenancy, in which case nothing leaves your infrastructure at all.
Jurisyn only answers from passages it has actually retrieved from your files. Every sentence in an answer carries a citation to the document and page it came from, and you can open that passage in one tap to check it. When the retrieved documents do not support an answer, Jurisyn says so and shows you what it did find, rather than filling the gap.
The citation is not a footnote. It is the point. An answer you cannot check is an answer you cannot use.
No. Jurisyn inherits permissions from your document management system on every single query. If a person cannot open a file in iManage, NetDocuments or SharePoint, Jurisyn will not retrieve it, quote it, or acknowledge that it exists. Information barriers and ethical walls carry across unchanged.
SharePoint and OneDrive, iManage, NetDocuments, Google Drive, and plain network file shares. If your files sit somewhere else, tell us during the pilot conversation and we will confirm whether a connector is feasible before you commit to anything.
A pilot on one practice group usually takes two to three weeks: a day to connect the document system, about a week for indexing and permission checks, then a supervised period where the firm reviews answers against source files before anyone relies on them.
No. Jurisyn is a research and drafting tool. It finds and summarises what is in your own documents. Every output needs review by a qualified lawyer, and responsibility for advice given to a client stays with the firm. We designed the citation system precisely so that review is fast rather than theoretical.
Your index and logs are deleted within 30 days of termination, and we send written confirmation once it is done. Your original documents were never moved out of your document system, so there is nothing to migrate back.
Yes. The pilot starts at a single practice group, and firms of ten to fifty fee earners are the core of what we build for. Larger firms have knowledge management teams; smaller ones have the same document sprawl and none of the staff, which is the gap Jurisyn was built to close.
