Riya Kamath 10:42

@jurisyn what notice period does the supply agreement need before we can terminate for repeated late delivery?

Jurisyn 10:42

Thirty days’ written notice, and the breach has to stay unremedied through that period.

Late delivery is only a terminable breach after three failures in any rolling six months. Two of the four delays on file fall outside that window.

In one sentence
Jurisyn is a private legal AI agent for law firms that answers questions using only the matter documents a user is authorised to open, and cites the source document and page for every statement it makes.

The problem

Firms are not slow because lawyers are slow. They are slow because the answer is in a file nobody can find.

What happens now

The answer exists, somewhere

A junior spends half a day reading a bundle to find the one clause that decides the question. The partner who drafted it three years ago could have named it in ten seconds, and is in court.

What happens next

Someone pastes it into a chatbot

It gives a confident, fluent answer with a case citation that does not exist. Worse, privileged client material has just been posted to a consumer service under someone’s personal login.

What Jurisyn changes

Ask in the channel, get the cite

The question goes to the matter channel the team already uses. The answer comes back grounded in the firm’s own files, with the page number, ready to be checked in one tap.

How it works

Four steps, then it is part of the day

Connect the document system

Jurisyn reads from iManage, NetDocuments, SharePoint, Google Drive or a file share. It connects with an account you control and can revoke. Nothing is copied out of the system of record.

Index by matter, with permissions attached

Documents are indexed matter by matter, and every passage carries the access rules of the file it came from. Ethical walls are part of the index, not a filter applied afterwards.

Ask in the matter channel

Mention Jurisyn in Slack or Microsoft Teams the way you would ask a colleague. It checks what the person asking is allowed to see before it retrieves anything.

Check the cite, then use it

Each statement links to the passage it came from. Open it, confirm it, move on. Every question and every document touched is written to an audit log the firm can export.

Questions firms ask first

Straight answers

No. Documents stay inside your Jurisyn instance. Jurisyn retrieves the passages relevant to a question and sends only those passages to the reasoning model, under a zero-retention agreement, and the model provider does not keep them or train on them. You can also run Jurisyn against a model hosted in your own cloud tenancy, in which case nothing leaves your infrastructure at all.

Jurisyn only answers from passages it has actually retrieved from your files. Every sentence in an answer carries a citation to the document and page it came from, and you can open that passage in one tap to check it. When the retrieved documents do not support an answer, Jurisyn says so and shows you what it did find, rather than filling the gap.

The citation is not a footnote. It is the point. An answer you cannot check is an answer you cannot use.

No. Jurisyn inherits permissions from your document management system on every single query. If a person cannot open a file in iManage, NetDocuments or SharePoint, Jurisyn will not retrieve it, quote it, or acknowledge that it exists. Information barriers and ethical walls carry across unchanged.

SharePoint and OneDrive, iManage, NetDocuments, Google Drive, and plain network file shares. If your files sit somewhere else, tell us during the pilot conversation and we will confirm whether a connector is feasible before you commit to anything.

See it answer a question from your own files

A demo runs on a folder of your documents, not ours. Thirty minutes, no slides, and you keep the index or we delete it — your call.
